Chinex is a specially modified nylon that offers excellent paint pickup and release true brush shape and stiffness retention due to lower moisture absorption fast and complete cleanup and longer brush life. The abrasion resistance of Chinex is seven times that of natural bristle. We use our own Wooster tipping process on this DuPont filament to reduce drag and deliver the smoothest finish results. Wooster Chinex brushes can be used in oil-based or water-based coatings and they perform especially well on exterior projects or with thick or fast-drying paints.
